The first 2 months of 2017 were obviously highlighted by Sampha’s debut album ‘Process’ which we have been waiting to hear for years. We also had the privilege of seeing him in Toronto for the 2nd time and he didn’t disappoint.

Unfortunately his album is not available on Soundcloud (free) therefore we weren’t able to include it on this playlist. If it was available we would have put every song from the album on the playlist.

In terms of new discoveries, our favourite new artist definitely goes to Toronto’s Young Clancy who is on Collectif Nude’s label. His sound is really refreshing.
