In regards to the Hip Hop culture, something special is happening in Providence Rhode Island. For the past couple of months we have been discovering a new dope artist out of the PVD every week. First there was Rayne, then Boy, and now there is this dude named Norri. This track samples one of our favourite old school Hip Hop tracks Lords of the Underground – Chief Rocka, obviously we had to post it.
